Heavy-duty galvanized steel: main structure in Q235B/Q355B steel , hot-dip galvanized (≥80 µm ) for long-term resistance to rust and coastal corrosion.
Wide tilt range: fixed tilt from 10° to 30° (up to 35° on request) , optimized for Nigeria's latitude to maximize annual yield while managing wind load.
Proven foundation options: install on cast-in-place concrete piers, driven piles or screw piles depending on soil conditions .
Compatible with all framed modules: accepts 60/66/72/78-cell and 182/210 mm large-format panels, landscape or portrait layout.
Corrosion-proof fasteners: all bolts and nuts are SUS304 stainless steel .
Wind-load checked: structure designed for local wind zones with gust design speed of approx. 42–45 m/s — critical for storm-prone and coastal areas.
Easy assembly: pre-drilled, numbered parts with standard tools; low-skilled crews can assemble quickly with our on-site guidance.
Minimal site work: foundations and structure sized to reduce concrete and earthwork, cutting total installed cost.
