A PV project process moves through five core phases:
- Development (site selection, grid connection application, and land acquisition),
- Design & Permitting (site surveys, PVsyst system modeling, and securing construction permits),
- Procurement & Construction (equipment sourcing, civil works, mounting structure and module installation, and cabling),
- Commissioning & Grid Tie-in (system testing, utility inspection, and obtaining Permission to Operate),
- O&M (real-time monitoring, routine maintenance, and repairs to ensure long-term yield).
